About the job:

The Marketing Technician plays a dual role – part Content Creator, part Market Analyst. You’ll be at the heart of our brand storytelling, developing and managing creative content strategies that strengthen our visibility, engagement, and connection with key audiences. At the same time, you’ll dive into market insights and competitor trends to drive data-informed decisions and ensure every campaign aligns with our business goals and brand identity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and wants to make a real impact on how our brand is seen and experienced. You’ll proactively seek feedback on your work, continuously refining your approach and adapting in real time to improve results. You’ll also analyze the effectiveness of copy to ensure our messages are clear, impactful, and aligned with our tone of voice. Ultimately, your purpose is to help bring Mitrelli’s vision to life, while championing our culture and values through every piece of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for both digital and traditional communication channels.
  • Manage and optimize content for the company website, social media, newsletters, and corporate materials.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Create compelling written content, including social media posts, opinion articles, press releases, marketing emails, and other strategic materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, engagement strategies, and community interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement (in coordination with the Marketing Coordinator).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication tools and channels.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate communication, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support internal communication projects to enhance employee engagement and brand advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Media, Modern Languages and Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Content Developer role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills - clear, engaging, and adaptable to different audiences.
  • Good understanding of visual communication principles (basic design, storytelling through images or video).
  • Experience in content planning and calendar management.
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging for different communication contexts (corporate, internal, external, social).
  • Solid understanding of communication channels: social media, websites, newsletters, press, and internal platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience managing multichannel campaigns (ensuring alignment between internal and external communication).
  • Familiarity with digital publishing tools (e.g., CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools).
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Experience in coordinating or contributing to employer branding or CSR campaigns.
