About The Position
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team with our Sales and Account Managers to support sales within existing and new customers;
- Create awareness and drive preference for New Cognito solutions with our Customers;
- Provide technical leadership in engagements with new and existing customer;
- Be a trusted Technical advisor and build meaningful relationships with technical decision-makers at our customers;
- Apply New Cognito portfolio of solutions and become an authority in a specific discipline;
- Contribute with the various internal technical teams to help drive solution direction and share knowledge;
- Defining & Writing high level technical solution, in a highly professional level;
- Scouting external solutions related to customers ICT activities;
- Support Vendors Partnerships management - trainings, certifications, benefits, discounts, rebates, etc.
Requirements
Required Set of Skills:
- Have experience and knowledge in ICT networking in any of the areas of HCI, virtualization, data backup, routing, switching;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Ability to write a professional technical solution description;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to discuss technical concepts to a variety of audiences;
- Ability to deliver Technical sales presentations, white-board technical design sessions, and conduct product demonstrations/seminars;
- Ability to work independently and remotely as well as in a team to accomplish goals;
- Eager to learn new technologies and advancing professional skills;
- Good listener;
- Tech savvy;
- Good Public speaking & Ability to clearly present a solution to senior levels;
- Ability to discuss with vendors – get the roadmap, gather costs.
