Helpdesk Analyst

About The Position

We are looking to hire a helpdesk analyst to join the Mitrelli IT team, reporting directly to the global IT manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support users with their technical issues (hardware and software, local and remote).
  • Ensuure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain service desk records in the helpdesk application.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a global company, part of a global team).
  • Experience in using a helpdesk application and remote tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office (preferably 365), hardware/software installations and troubleshooting.
  • System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft and networking – an advantage.
  • knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
  • ITIL knowledge – an advantage.
  • Up-to-date with technology.
  • Love to learn & quick learner.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (write&speak).
  • A dedicated, service oriented influencing team player.
