About The Position
We are a developer of large construction projects in Angola, related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures. Looking to recruit exceptional professionals to develop their career in our Project Management team.
Job Description:
Lead all project development process since design until contractor selection and contract signature.
General Project Design Coordination
Procurement and Contract Formulation
Direct and coordinate contracting process, including tender preparation, launching, offer analysis, negotiation and winner indication.
Contract Management Support
Advise, support and control the implementation of the company project management policies.
Track, control and monitor projects performance, alerting for possible deviations and proposing actions to overcome
Profile:
Strong Experience in Construction Industry
Experience in Design Coordination
General Construction Project Management Experience
Contractual Documentation Preparation Experience
Superior contract management competence is a must
Experience Acting as Owner Representative - preference
Experience Working Abroad - preference
Experience in Management of Big Construction Projects
Methodical and Accurate
Dynamic, committed, responsible, professional
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Requirements
At least 5 years in similar position
Strong Experience in Construction Industry
